I believe my first frustrations came when at 7:30pm, I saw that they have given Georgia to Bush. My first thoughts were that "Dang, all the black folx who said they were going to vote, didn't!" But then I went and looked at the elecion county by county in Georgia, and to my surprise in the majority Ethnic Counties, Kerry won by landslides....Clayton, Fulton, Bibb, etc...But lo and behold, there are just too many white folx in Georgia. For the numbers to end up in such a defeat like that. I think in 08' (wow, thats a long time!) we need to focus our attention on rural ethnic background folx....and increase their votes. I looked at my home county of Peach, and their percentage of turnout was very low. Anywho, my highlights of the past 24 hours:
1. Maybe Kerry could have done more campaigning in Missouri to swing the 10 or 20 thousand votes he needed.
2. Really, does more than 3,000,000 more people in America think that Bush is a competent individual that those who know the truth?
3. Will someone please explain to me how Bush won Florida by a landslide? I think the I-4 Corridor is rigged!
4. I'm still mad at the senator from D.C. who didn't write down Gore's name for her electorial vote back in 2000!
5. I'm scared.....
6. I wonder what Osama Bin Ladin is thinking right about now?
7. I hate to say, but I, along with a whole lotta other folx don't know the direction of the democratic party!

8. So there are a whole lotta people saying that young folx didn't vote. Simply because the "Exit Polls" say that 17% of voters were young voters in 2000 and only 17% of voters were voters in 2004......well if they really knew anything about numbers they'd know that..
17% of 120,000,000 (approx. # of voters) = 20,400,000 YOUNG VOTERS! 2004
vs.
17% of 100,000,000(approx. # of voters) = 17,000,000 YOUNG VOTERS! 2000
Hellooooooo....THATS 3,400,000 NEW YOUNG VOTERS!!!!!

Man, I am definitely feeling this post. I have some of the same concerns... I mean, looking at this thing from another countries perspective, it really does seem like America is behind Bush and all that he does, which kinda places us in some danger. I'm not feeling that. I'm kinda scared to. But then again, we gotta realize that as Believers of the Most High, our fate is not in what Bush does or doesn't do. We must remember that God is in control and our prayer should be that His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. So let's just keep praying for the leaders of our country. The good thing about God is that He can change Bush too!!
